Firm Profile
Moser
& Associates Engineering, Inc. was established in
April 2000. We specialize in planning studies, engineering
analysis along with design and construction plan
preparation.
We have completed approximately 300
engineering assignments throughout Colorado with the
majority being completed along the Front Range.
We are a Small Business Enterprise (SBE)
certified by the City and County of Denver and the
Regional Transportation District (RTD). We are also an
Emerging Small Business (ESB) Certified by the Colorado
Department of Transportation.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide our clients
with high quality planning and design solutions. Our first
objective is to thoroughly understand the client's goals
for their projects. With this understanding, we then use
our engineering knowledge and project experience to
recommend practical, feasible and cost-effective solutions
for our clients.
In addition to quality, we focus on being
responsive to our client's needs including schedule and
budget constraints.
Most of all, our common vision is to do
what it takes to earn and maintain our client's trust.

Our approach to project management focuses
on providing our clients with the most appropriate
expertise and level of staff for completing each project.
We are committed to providing responsive service and we
emphasize routine coordination and effective

Our experience and reasonable billing rates
allows us to provide cost-effective services. We are
committed to delivering projects on time and on budget.
This is accomplished by providing strong project
management, establishing realistic milestones and
coordinating and communicating with our clients throughout
the duration of the project.

Rick Moser, P.E. - Principal
Rick brings 24 years of experience in the areas of
water resources planning and design. He has
successfully completed a number of projects
including the design of such features as
stormwater quality facilities, channel restoration
efforts, detention facilities, constructed
wetlands, and temporary and permanent erosion
control measures. He has served as a project
manager on a variety of projects for numerous
local and state government agencies.

Rich Ommert, P.E., CFM - Project Manager
Rich's experience spans 14 years in the
areas of water resources planning and design. He
has worked as project engineer for multiple
projects for the Urban Drainage and Flood Control
District and also on a number of project for state
and local governments. This work has included
hydraulic modeling, channel restoration, water
quality monitoring, erosion control measure
design, and permanent stormwater quality control.

Teresa Patterson, P.E., CFM - Project
Manager
Teresa has 12 years of engineering
planning and design experience. She was
responsible for the Upper Goldsmith Gulch outfall
systems planning study and also assisted in
completion of the preliminary design plans for the
Fairmount Area watershed planning report for Urban
Drainage and Flood Control District. She has
also completed construction plans on a number of
local government drainage improvement projects.

David Delagarza, P.E., CFM - Project
Manager
David has eight years of engineering
planning and design experience. He has completed
construction plans for multiple local government
projects. He also has experience in hydraulic and
hydrologic analysis and floodplain modeling.
